It happened to that crunch berry-making Captain, and it happened to us! Our brewers “accidentally” left out the Citra hops from a batch of our Dance of Days pale ale and overloaded it with tons of fruity, tropical Mosaic hops. OOPS! All Mosaic is a very limited showcase of one of our most favorite hops.
