It happened to that crunch berry-making Captain, and it happened to us! Our brewers “accidentally” left out the Mosaic hops from a batch of our Dance of Days pale ale and overloaded it with tons of fruity, tropical Citra hops. OOPS! All Citra is a very limited showcase of one of our most favorite hops.
